Petco

Very clean, and the small pets associate is very compassionate asked if i was absolutely sure i wanted to buy a hamster before she disturbed one. Long story short i bought home a new tiny nugget lol. I am a happy lady 🥹🥹🥹🐹🐹❤️

Horrible! I will never step foot in this store again! Alex, the so-called manager, is rude and disrespectful. I wanted a partial refund on the dog training sessions I purchased because they could not accommodate my puppy due to her being a large breed. He refused to give me a refund and told me there was nothing he could do. His exact words were, " There is no magic button call customer service maybe they have one." After speaking to customer service, I was informed the store should refund me. I went back to speak with Alex. He still refused and didn't care what I had to say. He spoke to me like I was a piece of garbage. Long story short, the dog trainer was not honest with him about the accommodation issues, so he assumed I was lying. Luckily, I saw the trainer and called her out on it, and Abracadabra the Magic Button appeared. Alex gave me the refund. What kind of manager disregards store policy for personal opinions and lies to customers about it?

Taylor’s customer service and great communication made my day. I hadnt been able to get my dogs nail trimmed because of how busy the groomers are at this petco and the poor girls there for some reason (probably corporate greed) dont have any bathers to help them ): The website doesnt allow you to schedule nail trims since petco advertises them as a walk in service. Taylor quickly found out for me to call the store and schedule an appointment instead of the website and advised me on what days are typically best for walk ins and appointments. She also talked me through other things they offer at this store and was very apologetic. Ive lived here for 7 years and I NEVER come to this petco because I hate it with a passion compared to the one down the road, but I might return because of how nice the groomers and taylor were. Maybe if corporations learned to hire more people and bite the bullet on labor budget while rebuilding their customers experience to create store loyalty, theyd have better success. It’s frustrating for consumers and everyone else involved. Just a thought.

Patricia and Ryleigh were super kind and helpful. They spent time with me to allow me to choose a new pet and knew about each one and their temperament. I think this is very important esp for new small pet owners. I had a wonderful experience

The groomers are Lazy! Not much to say other than they will buzz cut your dog so that they don’t have to actually brush & cut in a style. Buzz cut all the fur off of my fuzzy golden doodle, uneven I must add! We even requested to keep the hair on top of his head long and they didn’t even do that. They will claim that your dog matted so they can shave them and make it easier job for themselves. Don’t bring your dog unless you want it shaved. If that’s your thing, this is the place! Lol
