For a first time visit to the groomer and the last time.. paid for a service that doesn't put my dog in a cage and the first thing she said was " i put Bear in the back while i sign papers the other person had to remind her of the service i was paying for. Not to cage my dog and the works (meaning Everything done $125.00) To say the least. At lease he's not bleeding. Cut way to close and he just stop licking the raw spots. Paw pads not cut and clean. Teeth wasn't brushed. Cut patchy all over. Immediately went back to the groomer to inform them of his teeth wasn't brushed. They assured me that they did. He had the same greenie in his teeth I gave him on the way to the groomer. It was to be 2 to 3 hours and they called in 1 hour. Just called to discuss these issues with a supervisor or manager and they currently don't have either for grooming department. I now understand the very disappointing experience for $125.00 Never Again!

I have been getting my dog groomed for years at this location with no complaint. But, today there was a fee for a service I did not request. Apparently getting paw nails cut is part of a wash ,but not filing them down and buffing. I asked for my dogs nails to be cut not filed and buffed . The extra charge was not in my budget and with todays inflation , I operate on a strict budget. I am extremely disappointed that management did not offer to delete the charge for a service not requested. The employees just stared at me like deer in the headlights as if there was no customer service to be offered.

Rude staff who answered the phone. The First Lady never asked me my name. Never asked me my order number. I told her that I did not receive half of my order. She cuts me off and tells me it’s out of stock without even checking who I was or my tracking number. I asked what do I do next… she tells me an email was sent to me which is not true. Stating I would receive a refund. She then put me on the phone with “Eddie” who is the store manager who continue to talk over me and cut me off every time I tried to talk. I had to tell him to stop talking over me, he never asked me for my tracking number. He just cut me off and told me that the cat food will not be coming to me and that was an email sent to me about receiving a refund which is not truthful. Instead, it was split between two door Dashers. Disgusting and unprofessional attitudes.

I have had great experience With getting my dogs nails done. They're always so pleasant and they do a fantastic job. I think a lot of the stuff is over priced there though.

Two days just trying to have dog food delivered from the store. After petco saying it was my bank and my bank saying it's petco, I waited a day and tried again. Card works now but they are saying they don't have the quantity of the item I ordered which is a variety pack of a popular wet food. I only had one in my cart and it says it's in stock. Fix your website, it's 2025 and this is ridiculous. But I won't be trying again. Chewy is the most reliable
