We absolutely love this PetCo branch! The staff here are friendly and helpful. They even carry Safari Ltd. animal toys, which other locations do not offer. A big shout-out to TIM for being so approachable and taking the time to chat with us while managing multiple tasks at the register. 🙌🏻

I went in to purchase a few fish my daughter’s tank and no one was available to help. I asked for assistance a few times and waited over 20mins before I decided to leave. For a franchise as large as Petco you would assume there would be an adequate staff to accommodate customers.

I've been a Petco rewards member since 2021 when we first adopted out two kittens (now adult cats). The perks received are worth it. Also, they have a brand of soft cat food called Soulistic -Original- Good Karma Chicken Flavor. My cat's won't eat anything else. We don't shop anywhere else for our pet needs.

Worst customer service or should I say NO customer service. Walked around the entire store 3 times looking for an employee to assist, found no one. The only person seen was cashier and the vet. The vet tried to assist and walked around Helping to look for someone to help us in the fish department. Could not find anyone page somebody to come to the fish department stood there for 10 minutes and still no one finally walked out the worst place ever. This is why I do my business at petsmart. The only reason I came here was petsmart is remodeling there fish tanks. So I drive 20 min away to get assistance.
