Petco

First: if you try to get there from Hogan Rd, it's hard to see the turn. It's easier to see from Burnside. It's tricky simply because the streets go at angles and the Petco signs aren't visible from certain directions. They had plenty of parking spots when we went. Also, there is only one entrance to the store itself it's the one on the inside, not the door facing Burnside. When we went it wasn't too busy and there were quite a few staff. We only went to get a specific kind of dog food. My husband thought it was expensive (he usually buys it at other stores for a cheaper price.) We were able to find what we needed, it was a bit more costly than if we had gone to Walmart or WinCo, but WinCo doesn't always have it. We were happy to find some doggy Advil (which is not normally found at other stores). The store itself was clean and had all the things you might need for a wide variety of animals. The different areas are clearly labeled, so it's relatively easy to find what you're looking for. The staff was very helpful.

5 stars to this store and Nikki! She is an expert when it comes to finding the right treats. I have a dog who is allergic to grains ,chicken and salmon oil and had lost all hope of finding the right stuff but she helped me find 4-5 items which were a total hit with both my dogs! 100% recommended you go to this store, she is so helpful and patient!

I have a great plan for this place and it saves me a lot of money $$$. From grooming to Toys and food and anything else that they sell it is definitely worth it, but it is my go to place for my pets and with my plan I get extra rewards for just doing the normal shopping stuff for my animals!!! Plus Petco has everything you need for your animal!

Popped in to pick up a dog name tag for my stained glass German Shepard project. Customer service was excellent and they had a lot of choices to choose from. Sadly I didn't get a picture of the dog with the name tag leaded onto the art preceding before I shipped it to the customer.

Terribly expensive. Awful customer service. The three employees were standing around the register, chatting. Completely ignoring all the customers. This place was great 10 years ago. Now it's not. Its a long drive for me, so I called ahead to make sure they had a product in stock. Employee told me they had a lot. Just delivered. I drove all the way out there to find not only did they not have any, but they had stopped carrying it over a month ago. When I complained they got defensive. Insisting I must have called PetSmart by mistake. I know I called the right place. Will not be shopping here again.
