Got a few fish and cherry shrimp for my established tanks. Had excellent customer service. I appreciate the associate giving me all the same color neocardinia shrimp (you don't want to mix colors) without me specifying that. I feel she went above and beyond the right way as i asked for "5 of those guys" I apologize for not catching your name but to the associate in the aquatic department wearing the face mask...10/10!!!!!

Very disappointed. I walked in hoping to get a little bit of help with my newly diagnosed dog with lots of allergies and not knowing which way to turn as far as food. I asked crystal for her help. She pointed and told me the 2 brands to check out. They both had something in it that my dog could not eat. After searching myself for about 1 hr I again asked her for help and she says all you have to do is read the ingredients. Very frustrated. I will go back to chewy.

Petco in Lisbon Ct is wonderful. Customer service was great. The cashiers were friendly. The store I'd stocked and clean. My trainer Cat is very good. I have an 8 month old male poodle and she has been wonderful with him. Training is great.

First off let me say TAKE YOUR DOGS TO Carolyn’s pup cuts in Montville she charged me $60 and had my dog done in 1.5 hour. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but after two bad experiences I’m left with no choice. ABSOLUTELY horrible for grooming poodle/ poodle mixed breeds. I paid for the whole 9 yards. Bath, blow out, hair cut, nail trim and nail buff, ear pluck, teeth brushing. They butchered my poor babies hair. shaved him because he had tiny matting. Didn’t pluck the hairs in his ears. Didn’t brush the matting out of his ears just trimmed around it. Didn’t cut or buff his nails. Uneven cut his face. Charged me $119, and took 3.5 hours. My boyfriend said his ears looked weird and I didn’t think anything of it other than that the girl who did his hair cut was either new or just bad at her job. I only brought him here because my normal groomer was booked 3 months out. I brought him back to his normal groomer and she says “be mindful to brush his ears out.” I said “he just went to the groomers 3 weeks ago he shouldn’t be matted at all.” She then tells me they basically just gave him bath and shaved him. They didn’t bother do brush his ears or anything they took the easy and lazy way out. And again this is not the first but second time this has happened. When I handed the lady at the desk my dog she held him for literally 2 seconds felt ONE mat on his back and said “are you ok with shaving him?” I said I would prefer they tried to avoid it. Like I said before it was my last resort but do yourselves and your dog a favor and do not trust these people with your dog. I’m sorry but they’re lazy. You’re better off just bathing and trimming your dogs yourselves because his haircut looked like I took kitchen scissors and cut his hair myself anyway.

I took my dog Gracie to the groomers today 1/3/25 never again they talk behind your back to other customers my dog has anxiety and the groomer told me stepson that Gracie stressed her out!! Well let me tell you something if my dog did that to you then you should of stopped giving her a haircut I would of paid half price and went somewhere else!! Don't worry you don't have to worry about my dog ever again never going back there again trust
