I am beyond words for how amazing my experience was with this Petco location and how helpful and friendly every single staff member we spoke to was. On January 7th, we purchased a Bearded Dragon (Andarna) and this was such an exciting moment, I had a lot of questions because I hadn't been ready for another Beardie since I lost my baby Saphira to old age years ago, so I was a little rusty, and as you can imagine, if its been years since having a Dragon, Its been over a decade since I've had a BABY bearded dragon, they're a different ball game lol. Beth, whom I believe is the store manager (and if she isn't, needs a promotion effective immediately, per me) was so patient in answering my questions, letting me hold Andarna, and had plenty of information for me on this specific dragon and what her temperament was already like so I knew without a shadow of a doubt this was the perfect new addition to our home before pulling the trigger. That support didn't stop when we left the store, I called later that night with some (very mild) concerns about how she was adjusting to home and was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't on hold for 20 minutes and George was VERY knowledgeable, able to tell me how old she is, as well as some other tips and tricks for a new dragon to adjust. We spent the next couple of days frequenting the store, to buy Andarna food, treats, tank decor/enrichment items etc. No question I had went unanswered, and when Andarna tried to eat one of the decor items and I was scared she would get sick they took the item back, no questions asked. Overall, we love our Beardie and are so thankful to the entire Petco team for their patience, knowledge, and just overall care that we received, and Andarna is one happy, playful girl, adjusting beautifully to her new routines and family.

We love our groomer, Sam! My dog is always so happy to see her and so happy after her spa day. Store full of great products. Every pet need should be covered by this store. If you don't see it, just ask any of the staff.

We have used Petco grooming for our dogs 4 years of life, but I can’t bring myself to go back ever again. This location is horribly incompetent. No matter when you show up, they will give you a hard time. 10-15 minutes early is too early. Right on time is too late. We once scheduled an appointment for same day via the online booking system. The groomer called us and said we had to do earlier bc they were double booked at that time. We were ten minutes late because they moved it on us, and when we arrived, they said we were too late and had to pay a cancellation fee. Despite that experience we went back and today we’re 10 minutes early for our 10am appointment. There were two groomers in the back but apparently ours was not there yet and they wouldn’t take the dog. We waited around for 15 minutes and our groomer still wasn’t there so we walked out and will never get groomed here again. They are rude every time.

No stars, please don't support this store, especially their fish department. They don't care, will lie to you, and keep their fish in deplorable conditions. SIP poor fishy, sorry they didn't give you the chance to have a chance at life. DO BETTER Petco.

I've been coming to this location for years but they've lost a customer for life. I bought my son a snake from here and every time I come here to buy a mouse the staff acts so put out to help me and that's after I have to scour the store for help. Today they ok my had one person because of the non existent snow in the parking lot and refused to sell me a mouse today. They are overpriced and the staff has become very rude and helpful. Today George acted like I was going to rob the place and was quite disrespectful. I was intending to over pay for convenience and being a loyal customer. Never again.
