Their service is good at this location and I have gone into the store many times over the last 2 years. Tonight I went in and tripped and fell down in their breezeway and broke my glasses and hurt my wrist and no one came to my aid... I made it up and set down on the bench in the vet area to get my bearings together and I remarked to the lady at the desk that I fell down and broke my glasses and all she said was "oh" and than said my doggie was sweet...lol nobody cares about anyone anymore...same thing with cashier no response ha ...sigh

Typical run-of-the-mill, generic choices. Fairly knowledgeable staff. No public restroom use. I so wish we had actual fish hobby stores closer than Portland, OR here in Clark County.

July 12th, I attempted to return two products, Tomlyn Nutritional Gel and Zesty Paws Salmon Oil, with receipts. My cat refused to even taste them, so I was attempting to utilize the 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. The cashier promptly refused it “we don’t refund medications”. I showed them that it’s not a medicinal and mind you, I have the receipts. Not liking being corrected, she stuck to her guns and refused the transaction. I wasn’t a “Karen”, I would have been happy to receive a store credit, “nope”. She then when on to insinuate that because I didn’t use a phone number for the rewards program (I charged one, and had the card present; cash for the other) that I might have stolen the products… . I left and you now lost me as a customer.

Overall decent store and nice staff, however they are out of stock a lot! Please order more stock to this store

Whoever is in charge of contacting people signing up for dog training sucks. I have put in countless paper applications along with calling the store. Even has someone at the front write down my name. Nothing. It’s been months and no form of reaching out whatsoever. This is the closest dog training that would have fit my schedule and needs. Sad to see that Petco offers services but doesn’t want to provide them or even contact their loyal customers.
