I am really happy with my recent experience! We saw a Black Capped Conure 2 weeks ago but he was a bit out of our price range. He really connected with my son who has High Functioning Autism so I call him his little service birb. We couldn’t stop thinking about him and even pre-named him “Scritches”. We went back again 2 weeks later and he was still there and remembered my son..and he was marked down. I went to check out wnd the manager was extremely nice and noted we had been checking the bird out and reduced him further to go to a good home which was amazing. Best purchase we have ever made! He has such a fun personality and loves loves lovesssss his new home! Thank you soo soooooo much!

The products I needed were there, and easy to find. For that you get 5 stars. But the cashier that rung me out could not be less interested in being there.she stood there the entire interaction with her arms crossed, I practically had to beg her to ring me out. Then had to beg her for a bag, for my items. Worst customer service I've ever received. From anyone, anywhere. She was very young, hopefully, you will train her better.

Like many others have commented, hours were not correct when we visited, so we didn’t realize we walked in 15 minutes before closing. They refused us service. Waste of over an hour between travel and waiting around to be helped, only to realize they weren’t going to help us. The cherry on top is that I had a toddler with me who was very excited, but too young to understand why we had to turn around and leave empty handed, he cried and cried. Could have just sold me the damn fish. Horrible customer service.

I was able to easily locate a worker to help me find the dog food that I found on their website, which helped me be in and out. Hopefully, the card reader that I was first using gets fixed or replaced soon.

As we walked in to look at the possible salt water fish and supplies at 545pm we were treated with an announcement that the store was closing and no adoption visits or aquarium sales would made and jokes about how they only had 14 mins to go. I'll never set foot in this store again much less spend another dollar. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, maybe update your hours to save others the same problem or hire decent help that's capable of working the last 15 minutes of a shift.
