It was the first time I had taken my dogs to Nora to have them cut. I asked her if she knew how to cut a cocker spaniel. She assured me she did. But when I got my dog's home and was able to get a better look at them. She has no idea how to cut a cocker spaniel. She shaved the top of the palls and up their legs about an inch. My female dog, she shaved one back Leg halfway up, not the others. There is a gouge mark on the back of my male dogs head where she had evidently use the wrong blade and put at shaved mark. It's s about an inch long and inch wide on the back of his neck. I would never take my dog's their if they require anything beyond being shaved. She is totally incompetent. So the next morning I called Nora about my dog's cut. She said she cut them the way I requested. That is total nonsense, I would never have shaved one leg and all their paws. It looks ridiculous. I would be careful before I took my dogs there. I wish I could post pictures you would not believe it So I would be careful before I took dogs there or at least taking them to Nora, she is totally incompetent. I requested refund which was denied.

I took my three year old pomchi for his first much needed grooming. I was worried that he would be aggressive toward the groomer and couldn't be groomed. The groomer, Nora, tooked him a assured me he would be fine. A short while later she called to say he was ready. When I arrived I was so pleased to see the results. He looked so nice and appeared to be much happier. The price was $56 which was cheaper than some of the other businesses I contacted. I will definitely be using their business again.
