Best grooming! Jessica was awesome. She took the time to find out what we wanted our dogs to look like. She also got to know the dogs and their personalities. They looked wonderful!

This location is 10 minutes away from my house, but I have come here twice, the first time the person in charge refused me the bath and haircut service because my pet was dirty and had long hair and told me that I should go to the vet and have him cut the dog's hair. The second time she refused me the service again because my pet had some marks around his eyes because he usually cries a lot, she sent me to the vet again. 😐 Terrible experience, she doesn't want to do her job, she wants the pets to be clean and with short hair to do a service that they no longer need and charge 100 dollars. Fortunately Petco on E Guadalupe Rd did the service and my dog ​​looks incredible!!! Before / after Go to Petco, 1835 E Guadalupe Rd #112, Tempe, AZ they are great!!

Do not take your dogs to this Petco groomer! dog left the store with his nose And snout bleeding …Dropped off my clients dog to be groomed. The groomer Danielle had the worst attitude from the get-go was saying she didn’t know if she would be able to groom him without even knowing him he is not aggressive and has had no issues, any other place. Within 10 minutes she called me back to say that the dog punched her and scratched her up. I was sitting there for 15 minutes prior to my appointment when I saw the previous dog had Left the scratches on her arm as far as punching her I didn’t know that dogs could punch. I am a veterinarian technician, and I informed the manager that the way the groomer was handling the dog was dangerous for her own safety. The manager said I didn’t know what I was talking about. She was extremely rude. And told me I need to leave the store . i’m writing this in hopes that they receive better training and show more compassion for the animals they’re working with.

Terrible fish and reptile selection. Been coming to this location for months to see when they would restock. When I ask employees when they will restock on certain items, I get told, “I don’t know”. Other Petco locations in other city’s have far better selection and customer service. I’m surprised this location is still open. Would not return.

Very rude people work at this Petco at Riverview Purchased some pet treats are dog didn’t like . Brand new all we wanted was to exchange them. It was purchased on our debit card. They would not exchange them. Very bad customer service . We had to wait 15 minutes for manager to come up to tell us that. From now on, we’re taking our business elsewhere.
