Arizona Bird Store

I brought in my rescue parrot for a nail trim, and while I appreciate the service being available, I left feeling judged and uncomfortable. Despite explaining that our bird is a rescue and still recovering from previous neglect, the staff continued to ask questions in a way that felt accusatory rather than supportive. We’re doing everything we can to help this bird recover and didn’t expect to be treated like we were part of the problem. I hope in the future, staff can approach rescue cases with more compassion and less suspicion — not everyone comes in with a perfectly healthy animal, but that doesn’t mean they’re not doing the right thing.

Excellent place for all your bird needs. Complete grooming, DNA, boarding and microchiping services. Lot's of good looking birds, cages, toys, food and supplies. Thank you Preuss Pet's in Lansing MI for suggesting this vist. Hopefully next time I come visit your bird room construction will be completed so I can enjoy your new bird room. Very nice, clean and Friendly staff. I love the stainless steel ring design from the ceiling.

Absolutely love this place! Kid friendly just make sure an adult is carefully watching. The Arizona Bird Store has got to be one of the coolest Birds stores in Arizona! I have been many times and each time has been a special time. Be sure to be respectful to the birds. Ask staff what is appropriate to do. The bird room was a superb experience! Be sure to read all of the signs before entering. You can bring your own fruit and feed them but be sure to do research before hand or ask an employee. The employees are very knowledgeable and compassionate about all of the birds. Another word of advice would be sure to wear longer sleeves just in case. It is a louder environment depending on the time of the day. This is a semi handicap accessible place but there are some tight spaces please keep in that in mind. Calling ahead of time is always a plus. They sell all of kinds of cafes, food, toys and etc for the birds.

Arizona Bird Store is by far the best bird store i’ve ever been too, for a variety of reasons. these include their excellent customer service and kindness, attention to detail and genuine care for their and your bird(s), and an overall experience that leaves you feeling good about your decision of doing business with them. they do boarding, grooming, and are super knowledgeable and give excellent advice with any and every question you may have about your bird or birds in general. i would give more than 5 stars if i could!
