If you don’t know how to groom a Pomeranian, just say so, don’t butcher its hair cut and destroy its coat in the process because you can’t be honest with yourself. Yall should be honestly embarrassed about this haircut. I specifically said ONLY SCISSORS and you charged me a premium for only scissors, but you clearly used clippers. I’m upset they made me pay and tip before even seeing her, I want to cry, her coat was so beautiful and healthy. Some coats never recover from clippers, you should never shave a double coated dog. And it took 5 1/2 hours to do this?! Unacceptable. See before and after pics below -

Horrible. Very prejudice and racist store. Allegedly. Also have video proof. Robbie and white female chick with the glasses. Husband went in today to buy some fish for our kids first real fish tank when going in Robbie came to assist after husband requested help. Said he’d like 3 then corrected 2 fish instead of the COMMET GOLDFISH (kids first fish and ours as a family but experience from before we had a family of our own so played it safe at what we know) Robbie then proceeds to ask how big our tank is my husband gives him a size around 20 gallon tank would be. Robbie then says no not big enough that the goldfish get “to big “ for that size , my husband said oh ok I can get another one Robbie says no my husband said so I can’t get another tank Robbie says no then he said so I can’t buy the fish even if I get another tank. Robbie said “no I’m not selling you a fish.” Whilst I’m on the phone hearing the whole convo my husband says ok so you’re not selling me a fish because my tank isn’t big enough and I can’t get another tank either and Robbie said yes and my husband said ok walked out. I went in the store asked for some help in fish department Robbie was coming but got distracted to help another customer and jumped straight to saying he needs a big tank and except this person he actually offered to help look at tanks. He didn’t just refuse my husband an animal as per policy allows he refused my husband SERVICE. Robbie took super long so cashier came to help me and I asked for 3 fish as she apologized for taking to long then I said wait can we just do 4 and she said of course no worries! (Of course I have that on video as well) loaded my fish for me and took me to check out. Guy who had to get a big fish tank to buy fish was waiting as well but they took me first not sure why. Mind you I’m not a person of color. My husband and the other man were. - Paid for my fish then proceeded to ask the limit on fish she said there’s none according to policy from what she believes. Then asked for Robbie’s name and told her what happened as she explained that they can deny animals but expressed how my husband offered to buy bigger tank and was refused. Then the man waiting by counter said same thing happened to him and how he was p8ssed off this happened. My husband is a very dark African American male he’s use to ignorant behavior from others but to buy our kids their first fish and to be denied service? Yeah no. This is horrible and honestly y’all need to investigate this man my husband would have bought another tank my husband could have denied to answer but knew his tank was big enough already. This is ridiculous and upsets me that I would walk in and buy not 1 not 2 but FOUR fish WITH NO PROBLEMS OR QUESTIONS. Yet my husband was denied service and the man there that was a little lighter than my husband was refused an animal unless buying a petco tank? How does that make sense!!!!! If policy is policy apply it to everyone the right way and not only people of color ! And don’t make up policies for people or color or deny service. Petco do better and the company will be hearing for me no matter who I have to keep contacting my husband did not deserve this nor does anyone! I know “contacting “ the company does mean anything to ignorant people but this behavior is outrageous and unacceptable others had to endure this in front of their kids. And again before anyone things oh blah blah. I understand policy I understand denying animals but not on opinion or beliefs but whatever but denying service to someone of color ?????? SERVICE??? Not okay.

Five stars for customer follow up and overall care of our fur babies Molly & Milo. They have been going to this location for grooming for about 1.5 years now. Brandy knows her stuff and attention to detail with our Austrian Shepherds. We appreciate the follow up phone call after their recent visit and now that we live at Lake Livingston I can say, yes it is worth the 90 minute drive one way. #spoiledpups #brandyisawesome
