Pet Supermarket

Me and my puppy love it here. The employees are so nice, the toys and treats are all so good (apparently my puppy approves) Here’s a picture of my puppy with the groomer. They gave her a bow too! Haha!

Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. My daughter and I came on Christmas Eve to give her dog a bath. Both shampoo and conditioner were cleansing and great smelling. Water pressure was great. The "tubs" were at a great height. Towels were provided. The blow dryers were awesome. Would come back. Would recommend!

I do love Pet Supermarket. Their prices are good and they usually have what I need. They are the only pet store that carries Avicakes and my birds love them. I like their toy selection for birds also. The staff is always nice and always ask what kind of birds I have which always makes my visit fun.

I’m giving this place 3 stars because I really only go there because it’s so close to my house. I have to add that they have a great selection of products but seem to run out of certain products fairly frequently, which is frustrating. Also, there are 2-3 employees there who go above and beyond and I appreciate that! But there are a couple of fairly new employees that either need more training or need to be replaced, as they’ve overcharged me or didn’t seem to know what they were doing and took way too long to check me out or were nowhere to be found when I stood at the register waiting to be checked out. Maybe it’s a management problem, I don’t know. Their prices are a bit high in some cases, as well.

What a wonderful place! Well stocked shelves and super helpful and friendly staff. 5/5 stars
