My Dogs name is H2 Purebred Akita male (born with a pennis) Still is a Male!!!! H2 Loves all the employees at Petco in Patchogue, NY Kasenya she was Awesome!!!! I never bin separated from H2 EVER!!!! Kasenya said he was good (finikie) when it came to his nails!?!? Another Akita i had would let anyone touch his paws!!! (Trust me I was nervous/curious) how H2 would act without me!!!! I have been a Vital Care member since 2016 and I have three dogs. My groomer quit and I had three appointments within that week. I called to inquire about a new groomer to take over, and grooming didn’t answer so we tried a different prompt to get through so we don’t have to drive there. I get a nasty person named Christina who asked me if I knew how to listen to prompts. I told her that is no way to speak to a customer of 9 years and that she had a disgusting attitude. She hung up on me. Next morning, I came with one of my dogs to get groomed with his new groomer, and as we were talking, I asked if there was a store manager that I can speak to about my interaction with Christina. She said there wasn’t and I said no problem, another time. I came back 2 and a half hours later, picked up my dog and left. I had my husband with me the whole time who can back up my story. Brought my dog home and get a text this afternoon that my other two dog’s appointments are cancelled which are in 2 days and we’re scheduled 2 months in advance. I call in because I assumed there was a mix up and she came on the phone and hastily told me “I’m banned from Petco” because she was “told” I said “I was looking for her.” Falsifying a fake threat to get me out of the store, PERMANENTLY. Already getting my account reinstated and got a bunch of credits.) Not to mention, her own peers told me how crazy and unstable she is. She will end up losing her job just because I have all the power to do so, and Petco will lose a ton of money on my three grooming services every 6 weeks and my vital care account. Maybe if she really was threatened she should of called the police, no? Coming from a family of law enforcement, that’s what I would of done. Where’s the proof of threat? Where’s the cops? Glad you lost sleep because of your own nastiness.

Stay away from there groomers our dog is completely harmless and once dog was picked up he had a gash on his head that clearly wasn’t there from start when asked about it they claim maybe it’s from him jerking his head around the grooming table

Our puppy Maxwell just completed his 4 private training lessons with Victoria H. She was TERRIFIC! Our puppy just loved her and would listen to her. She taught my husbnd and I how to follow through with the training at home and it works!! We highly recommend Victoria for anyone looking for an excellent dog trainer!

Got my plants for my fish tank! Dennys the employee is very amazing, friendly and has helped us to build a perfect environment for our aquarium. Highly recommend this store.
