I’m not normally one to leave reviews, but my experience shopping here included the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. I came in looking for a large bag of cat food (32 oz.), and only saw multiple smaller bags (16 oz.) of my desired brand. The manager, Tim, assisted me and looked in the back for the product, couldn’t find one, and offered to remedy the situation by allowing me to buy the two smaller bags for the price of one large bag, which saved me money. He was very kind and eager to help. Thank you, Tim!

I had an amazing experience! My dog is very anxious and we schedule a appointment with Liz and she was so kind and she understood that my dog didn't had a lot of grooming as a puppy, so she gave us a lot of options, she is very professional, thank you!

Yesterday I Talked to the manager,tall guy don't know his name, about getting some training for my 6 month old pup he told me training can start tomorrow (Saturday) I got there on time and the trainer said not until next Saturday and also wanted me to oay for it now. .. I wasted my time going 😒 so don't waste your time and money at Petco !!!! Oh when I asked to speak to him of course he at lunch .... right !!!

Additionally, the role of an operations manager should encompass knowledge of all services provided under the store's roof. To avoid similar issues in the future, I recommend that Petco ensures managers have insight into all local store operations, including training and veterinary services.
