Petco

Came by this morning to get some cricket for my chameleon & had a sign that you see here 12/2/24 . Came back again around 4pm still closed had another 3 people said the same ended leaving to Petsmart across from this location . Such an inconvenience since sadly my local place shut down & have to drive longer distance for our pets .

Petco. I used to love the store. However they stopped carrying products that contain no beef or meat products that my dog enjoyed. He has serious GI issues with meat products other than salmon. They replaced the items I had been purchasing with their own brand of the same. Regardless of the name of the product you cannot just switch a dog from one food to the other especially when they have GI issues. You must phase them in to the new product slowly. That's impossible to do when they no longer carry the old product. I switched to delivery of the old product from Amazon. In addition to that it sincerely bothers me that a gentleman still works at that store whom I saw place his hands on a woman's shoulders who was working at the cash register a year or so ago. He also squeezed her shoulders and rocked her slightly back and forth while talking to her in a loud, condescending manner in front of customers. I would have been extremely disturbed if somebody had touched me in that way. I did report this to Petco. The lady no longer appears to work at the store but he does. I do hope she was promoted and moved to a different store.

Stop trying to push me to buy your over expensive heart worm meds, is every employee on commission? All they care about is selling heartworm meds, this place sucks in general, nice salesman...i mean employees... Old person at groomer was extremely rude. Blue haired he she , they, whatever was equally as rude by our inquiry for service. Never going back unless I need chew toys. What is materials fee? Mistakenly went back out of convenience. Check your receipts, secret stupid up charges will appear. And no tip for the groomer, everybody wants a tip these days, why?

Had a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They had what we were looking for. They have a great selection to choose from. Thank you, Pet Co, for our new pet.❤️

I have been taking my pup here for years now. Last week I was Extremely disappointed in the service I had for my pup. Grooming was good but.. I received absolutely NO phone call, text or voice mail for pick up. Nor a call back before they closed. I initially called to check when my dog would be ready around 445 and they said she's been ready since 2pm! By this point I am livid! I voiced my concerns to a manager named Seth and he had absolutely nothing to say! Didn't even apologize or even cared, nor did he offer to find out what happened. Am disgusted by his management skills and in his service.
