This is the result of getting my fur baby groomed there. Within 72 hrs his face started to blister and develop weeping sores. ETA: I have to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to the store manager, Byron. He delivered one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. From the very start, Byron didn’t hesitate to step in, take action, and make sure the situation was remedied as quickly as possible. He kept me informed throughout the process with clear and timely communication, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was his kindness and empathy. While he couldn’t change what had happened, he did absolutely everything in his power to make it right—and that says a lot about his character. Bless his heart, he was new and inherited this mess, but you would’ve never known it by how professionally and graciously he handled everything. Byron, you’re a rare and precious gem—thank you for going above and beyond!

the lady who works at the checkout is really friendly and helpful. she helps me to find proper products for my cat and shares her knowledge on how to take care of baby cat with me. I really appreciated and enjoy my shopping experience in this location.

This store is absolutely the go to for pet supplies the staff are great, I interacted with a couple of workers Mary and Byron and were so friendly and professional they will be the reason I keep coming back for my pet needs.

I went to this store last week and bought some fish, and the guy was not aware of the sales rules and regulations, petco policy, and I was not informed that saltwater fish are not refundable. Unfortunately, the fish died in 2 days, I called the store and spoke to the manager, Mary, and explained the situation to her, my experience from the last time, and now how the fish had died. She was very cooperative with excellent customer service skills. She told me that I can bring the bodies back for a full refund or exchange, hence my issue got resolved. Hats off to Mary.
