Ashley P is the BEST groomer! We lived in Shrewsbury for 3 years and Luca always got groomed by her. My Cavapoo likes her a lot and the style is super cute. Definitely recommend Ashley if you have a Doodle.

Overcrowded/overwhelmed ferrets. There should not be this many in a TANK. Do better. Employees contact the mills sending you these small animals. No guinea pig/ ferrets should be in tanks and for there to be this many in there at once, it’s f’d up. FIX YOUR HABITATS

One specific employee, a man with long, tied-up hair, I didn't write down his name, but I wanted to leave a comment, treat customers better, if you're not happy with your work or are stressed, it's not our fault. I and other customers who have been served by you don't deserve to be mistreated by you. I hope you feel better about what you're going through! 😉

This is by far the best Petco I’ve been to in the area. We take our 7 month old puppy to training classes with Rhonda here and she is absolutely amazing. We tried out grooming for the first time at this location today with Avery and could not be happier with how my dog looks! Avery really listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!

I had a vet appointment a week and half in advance. When it closer to the day, I received a phone call that consisted of some basic questions and basic information. At this time the appointment was “confirmed” by pet co. The day before the appointment I got a phone call again stating that they had to cancel my appointment because there was a mix up in the scheduling. Later that day I received another phone call stating that they needed to cancel my appointment, she didn’t know I was called already. Only this time it wasn’t because a scheduling issue it was because an employee was going to be out. I waited a while for this appointment, was confirmed and questioned days before then canceled on either day before with two different reasons. Like the second employee didn’t know that the first one already called and canceled with an excuse. Also I was the only appointment that was canceled. Why would you wait until the day before I could have gone else where. This isn’t the first time vet co (pet co) has done this crap either. I will never book with them again. They told me to take my animal to the ER because they knew I would have to wait to get into some place else to get a physical for my animal. It’s absolutely ridiculous, rude and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place.
