Not only is this the greatest Pet Store, but the pet grooming experience that we had with Reyna was beyond, over the top perfection and excellent! She groomed my golden retriever, as if he is ready to enter a show ring, but that's what l asked for. My Golden has been groomed other places before but hands-down l've never been so thrilled. Thank you Reyna 😘🐾🐾

I’ve given this location two chances, and both times they’ve completely let me down. The first time, they messed up my invoice, which forced me to waste my time and come back the next day to get it fixed. No apology, no sense of urgency – just poor customer service. Today, on Christmas Eve, they hit a new low. I had an appointment for my dog, but when I called to let them know I’d be 9 minutes late, they flat-out refused to honor it. After going back and forth with the shift lead, they finally called me back and said, “Oh, actually, we can take you now.” What kind of disorganized nonsense is this? First, they say no, then they change their minds? This level of inconsistency and disregard for their customers’ time is beyond frustrating. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. If you value your time and sanity, find another pet store that actually knows how to treat their customers. For reference, I usually go to the Pet Supplies Plus - Young Ranch store which is night and day difference to this location!! I would highly recommend that store.

Had to time to get my Lab-dane a bath in the newly remodeled self wash area. It was great! Complete with wall separation between wash bins and pull out ramps. They offer three types of shampoos, shampoo for puppies and doggo cologne/perfume. Staff was available to show case the new digs and features. Thank you to all the staff 🤍

Love it here. They are always friendly and attentive. I took my dog to get his nails clipped, and they had a girl call off, so it was only 2 ladies available. They took me anyway, and I appreciated that. Thanks so much! Hopefully, soon, you will get your vet clinic back. I have to drive too far, lol

Love this places self dog washing option. They have everything you need to wash your dog yourself. Love this place. I just wish they had one closer to my house.
