Recently visited this store to return something I had purchased by mistake, and didn't have a receipt. I was helped by Brooke who took it upon herself to look up the purchase, cross referenced with my credit card purchases that I had shown her to show that I was in fact there that day and did make the purchase, despite not having the receipt. I was blown away at how helpful and friendly she was! Went above and beyond to correct my mistake, couldn't be more pleased, and 100% would return to this store knowing I'll receive such great customer service!

I will never shop at a pet store that has betta fish practically dying, living i cups no bigger than them. You should be ashamed.

I have a history of generally negative experiences with various Petco locations in the past, but this particular store continues to blow away my expectations and provide me with some of the best customer service ever. I wanted to start a new 5 gal. aquarium and purchased the majority of my supplies here, all of the decor and gravel with the exception of the tank itself which I bought elsewhere. The employee who helped me was very friendly and made my whole experience quite pleasant. And the price I paid for all of the items was also very reasonable. Once my tank had cycled, I set out looking for a betta. I first went to the Petsmart near my apartment which had horribly ill looking fish. Next, I tried the local pet store near my work which had slightly healthier looking fish but lacked any variety and still had a handful of dead ones. This Petco was my last stop, and to my wonderful surprise, the bettas here are amazing! They are exceptionally healthy and colorful, and wow! What a variety of tails, colors and patterns! I found the perfect companion who, 4 months later, is still feisty and active as ever. I highly recommend this Petco for their product variety, price and most of all quality. The employees also make you feel like your time is worthwhile and, at least with my experiences, are happy to go out of their way to answer your questions. I will definitely continue to shop at this location and encourage other pet owners in the area to do the same.

I went just to look around and there was many betta fish dead in the cups and a live fish flopping around on the floor I bought one male double tail betta that was the best looking there, I tested the water he was sitting in and it was pure ammonia he wouldn’t have lasted much longer. Wish I could have bought them all but I don’t have money like that. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Absolutely great customer service and very friendly employees! Always willing to help and provide you the best possible information on anything you need! Groomers are also very great with your dogs and do a great job! Definitely highly recommended location
