Petco

This place is a rip off if I had a choice of having an animal and having to use Petco, I would never have an animal. There are not enough negative things I could say about this uneducated pet store with employees who might as well have gotten no further than kindergarten when it comes to brains 🥴🤯EVEN WORSE ARE THE “PROFESSIONALS”in the “vetco” with claimed licensed veterinarians and the other random employees wearing scrubs who pretend to be veterinarians..they all sucked too. My dog was so sick for months. We took her to another place and they were able to find out immediately was wrong and she’s doing amazing. The trainers have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. It was almost worth the money they ripped us off just to watch the show they put on acting as if they were training my dog. It may be the only fun thing about the place. it’s like sitting on a bench and people watching, except these people are literally doing stuff that I couldn’t make up. If I tried my hardest I mean that just how ridiculous they are, It’s a great show. If you wanna go and watch A low income comedy show about dogs learning absolutely nothing from pet trainers who know actually nothing!

I just came across this place by accident it was late at night. It was lit up when I came in. It was nice and clean!! I ordered a cheesesteak with extra onions let me tell you when I got home and unwrap that sandwich it was gigantic lots of flavor. It took me 2 days to eat it. Highly recommend this. I have to go back and try their other items

Visited this store looking for treats, waist harness and dog food for our new puppy. Store had clean floors, orderly well organized stocked shelves and was well lighted. Staff was friendly, very helpful in showing and explaining the differences of the products we were looking at for our puppy. The also had a pet grooming area and we may try it for our puppy. All-in-all, it was a very good experience and we had all the items we wanted plus... LoL. We'll be back again.

We take our dog here for obedience training. Rob is one of the trainers. He was an outstanding employee. The whole staff there is kind and courteous. Highly recommend it. Well worth the 40 minute ride for us to go there to pick up all of our pet needs for our little bundle of joy. Boscoe

The cashier overcharged me. We found the price on Petco.com much cheaper( apparently they anre much cheaper on there app then in the store) and showed her. We noticed we were overcharged after we were home. I called and asked if I needed to bring the receipt or everything back. They made me bring the whole big item back. That was absolutely ridiculous when you could’ve just typed the numbers in. Not to mention I had to stand in a very long line yet again for their mistake!
