I came in to get some dog shampoo. The selection was minimal at best. It was kind of empty; There was plenty of parking. The employees were friendly; The store was clean. Google tried to take me to some other direction even though I was looking right at the store sign. I prefer online shopping because I have a physical disability. Carrying large items or a lot of items in general is taxing on my body. I could see the benefit of going to an actual store, but with traffic and not 100% sure they will have what I need. I prefer online shopping. This is not a negative review on any store; it's just my preference. There were several people in there with their pets walking around; kudos to all of you. It is awesome to go shopping with your pets for your pets.

Our first visit was decent—the grooming was fine, though the whole process (bath, nails, teeth) took over three hours, which felt excessive. Still, we were reasonably satisfied. The second visit, however, was disappointing. They asked us to pick up our dog after 1 hour and 40 minutes, saying they couldn’t groom her because she “wasn’t feeling well.” Yet, they still charged the full price. So we ended up paying $50 just for a wash with cheap shampoo and nothing else. No discount was offered for the next visit, and they stated they don’t do discounts at all, which is surprising given that they kept our dog for nearly two hours without grooming her. Our dog was completely fine—calm, cooperative, and in normal condition. She’s very small, so handling her shouldn’t have been an issue. It seems like they simply didn’t want to groom her. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back. Paying $50 for just a wash isn’t worth it.

We cannot say enough amazing things about Gracie, the Lead Pet Styler/Groomer at Petco in Orange! Our Golden Retriever, Buck, used to be absolutely traumatized by grooming experiences, but Gracie has completely changed that. She is incredibly respectful of our dog’s body language and clearly understands pet psychology on a deep level. Her gentle approach and genuine care make all the difference. Gracie does a top-notch job every single time—our pup comes back looking fantastic and, most importantly, happy and relaxed. We’ve tried a few groomers since moving out of the area, but no one compares to her. We now make the trip back to Orange just to see her. It’s 100% worth it! Thank you, Gracie, for being so amazing at what you do and for treating our dog with such kindness and care. You’re truly the best!

The store staff here has always been so kind and helpful. And it's easy to stop by and get my little senior dogs a quick nail trim. The groomers I've met are always so patient with them.

Terrible customer service. Went in there this morning to purchase some fish. There was only one person visible on the floor, at the checkout. After about 15 minutes, we walked over and asked for assistance. The clerk said they were doing an audit in the back and he paged for assistance. NOBODY ever came out. After another 10 minutes we left. I am sorry, do your audits when you are closed or have adequate staff to run the floor while conducting the audit. If this is how they run their store, their shopping lifting issues must be high.
