I was in the area and looking to get grass for my cat. I went inside, very impressed with how neat and orderly this store was kept. At first I didn't see the ready-to-eat grass but just before leaving, I found a rack of it to the left of the checkout register. Wow! So green, so fresh!! I've gone to other locations and competitors in the Valley; always disappointed with stale, dead grass (white, droopy...). I will be back for cat grass at this location to be sure!!! My cat appreciates you also 😊😊

I got natural balance venison and sweet potato dog food. The bag was given to me from the back soaked in dirty water, and when I opened it, it had webs in the bag from Indian meal moths. I called and the fat Italian lookin guy gave me a hard time about it. Poor customer service and didn’t even go get me a new bag. He told me to get it myself. I’m 5ft. That’s a 25lb bag I had to go carry to the front of the store after the inconvenience of having to be late to work because of bugs in your stores dog food. Then made me wait in line of a bunch of people for a quick transaction of just switching it. THE OTHER BAG ALSO HAD WEBS AND LARVAE IN IT. So I call the manufacturer number and they were more helpful and so kind in finding another lot and for free. My dog has been without food for three days. Thankyou for the hardship.

I went and there were 2 girls that were patting my dog on her back hard and kept yelling at her, and after she was done I checked the nails of my dog and they were literally still long .. Bad experience if I can 0 stars.. do not recommend. That is the last time I go there.

Found exactly what I needed for my little dog who is prone to separation anxiety and was in the middle of an episode. I was in a panic not knowing what to do and stopped there and found CBD/hemp calming drops and gave them to her and within 30 mins she was sleeping in my lap. Employees were friendly and helpful.

I brought my senior dog (with arthritis) in to be groomed. She was their last dog of the day and they made it a point for me to pick her up so they could get out on time (no problem, i respected that and showed up early) - her neck was still wet, which they said was because she “didn’t like the dryer” I have never heard anyone say that about her but I let it go because she’s getting older and who knows.. maybe it was true. I go up front, I pay, I tip $20 (paying $115 in total) & walk outside to realize they didn’t clip her nails. They were still very long. The manager called them because they had left already (they were rushing to get out of there, clearly) she blamed it on the quick of my dogs nails being too long.. the manager told me to come back the next day to have it fixed but I have 2 young children and my dog is in pain most of the time.. she’s 70 pounds.. I can’t get her in and out of a car in a way that’s comfortable for her. I ended up clipping them ALL at home. I took at least a quarter to a half inch off each of them.. no bleeding, no nail quick issues!! Absolutely ridiculous service. The picture is to show how short my dogs nail quick was.
