Ive attempted to schedule an appointment and have been cancelled on twice within 20 minutes of my scheduled appointment. First, it was due to a plumbing issue. Second, it was due to the groomer calling out before our 9:30AM appointment. I'm not quite sure what the issues are this place are, but I'm not sure if I would trust my pet here, let alone my time.

Super pets is the equivalent of a puppy mill when it comes to their reptiles and fish. They don’t take care of their animals and you’ll often find them with no food or water. The manager said bearded dragons don’t require water when I pointed it out, which is not true. Their fish are constantly infected with ick and they do not disclose if a fish you’re buying is infected. If you care about animals in any way, shape, or form you won’t give this pet store your business to continue abusing animals
