A great experience! I go to this store almost 3 days a week. I bought both fish and live plants for my aquarium. There is an associate who is name LUCK at this store. He always helps me with everything and definitely has enough knowledge about the aquatic.

I've been to this store no less than 6 times the last 7 months. I've given my phone number every time at checkout with no hassle, but this visit there was no record. Associate rang up an item that wasn't mine and would have been an additional $50 had I not paid attention. The checkout lines were disorganized and I wasn't the only one mentioning so. An additional $.10 a bag is a little ridiculous especially after mistakenly ringing my order up. I won't be back. For as much money that is spent a little more attentiveness goes a long way.

This is my go-to Petco & go-to big pet supply store. The staff are really friendly, helpful, & patient. The store is clean & well laid out. I love looking for bargains here, as well as discovering new options for our dogs & cats. The store price-matches their Petco website & app prices. I bring my foster pups here to help with their socialization. My son & I also enjoy meeting the different animals available for adoption here.

I stopped by on my way home from work to pick out some new food for my cat who was recently diagnosed with IBD. Our girl is the pickiest eater ever and I’ve been worried sick bc the only thing she will eat is a “big brand” that is known for not having the best ingredients. My goal was to find something… anything that would be healthy for her gut and that she would eat. I was LOST! I had done research online and still wasn’t sure of the direction I should go! I am SO thankful I spoke to Ben! Ben has an insane knowledge of every brand and quickly guided me to the top picks for a hypoallergenic diet - giving me facts and loads of information about each company! I got home, Nervous and excited to open one of the cans for my girl to try! She immediately ran over to the food and devoured it - all at once! She LOVED it! I finally found something my sweet girl will eat! This is. HUGE deal and has felt like an uphill battle! A big THANK YOU to Ben! You were a Godsend to a very stressed out and frantic cat mom! I’d also like to mention that everyone in the store was extremely helpful and friendly! Great experience all around!

Went today to do some shopping for my snake. The lady that helped me was really cool, and was very helpful! Store was clean, and had a lot of good deals. Thanks
