Petco

I wasn’t treated politely. Person at the cashier seemed to have a bad day since she wasn’t in her best mood, all I bought was an over $60 dollar pump, got it paid but she never offered me a bag which I’ve asked for to which she replied they cost some cents. Don’t mind to pay for a plastic bag, but I thought they come with the purchases. Even though I agree if Petco decided to reduce their plastic footprint and that’s understandable, the treatment to costumers from this lady isn’t appropriate.

When I entered the store, no one wasn’t around and wasted my time to get help. The staff who was take care of me did not meet my expectations because he couldn’t get fish from tank to package properly. When I arrived home, all fish are dead because of that behavior! That behavior caused the fishes to stressed out - all is dead! I am really disappointed. I haven’t never faced this problem and unsatisfactory service in other Petco stores but Milton Petco is so terrible. Never recommended!

Stephanie H is the best groomer, my dog gets scared easily but he loves her and she’s really patient with him. I really recommend her

So glad we went to this Petco! We walked in not knowing what type of food would be best for our Golden, but Guy consulted with us & showed us some great options for our dog’s specific needs. I so appreciate his time & expertise. We will definitely be back!!
