Pet Supplies Plus Shelton

Very disappointed with my visit on Feb 1st, I shop regularly at this location but after today’s visit will have to rethink my future purchases. I usually don’t ask for help/assistance but today I had to ask a cashier/manager for help with a reward that I earned. As a customer I feel like if you earn a reward NOT a coupon you should be able to use multiple rewards in one transaction. Was told by MOD I was not allowed to use 2 rewards today because they were both $10 in order to use 2 rewards they would have to be different values not the same. But he was very polite… hmm to tell me he could read me the fine print! I feel like if I earned the reward again not a coupon I should be able to use how I want! Some companies have to remember as a customer we have lots of options to shop… online…your competitors….. Definitely will not be going back to this location…

We absolutely love this store and have been loyal customers for a while! The selection is great, and most of the employees are incredibly kind and helpful. However, our recent experiences with the manager (brown hair, mustache) have been disappointing. He has made unnecessary comments about our dogs, implying they are “those kinds,” which is not only rude but unprofessional. Most recently, my husband was cleaning up after using the bath station—just being courteous so it wasn’t left a mess—when the manager, with clear attitude, told him, “No, leave it. I wanna go home. Can you just get out of here?” It’s also pretty obvious that he doesn’t seem to like dogs, which is ironic given the nature of the store. He’s constantly making snide remarks or saying things under his breath, and you can tell his friendliness is totally fake. That being said, we won’t let one person ruin an otherwise great store. The rest of the staff is wonderful, and we’ll definitely continue shopping here—just beware of him because he isn’t as nice as he pretends to be.

I love this store...there are so many items from which to choose; the staff is friendly and always ready to assist me. The rewards program is a great help to me ! My cats are always excited when their Pet Supplies Plus package arrives.

This place it’s pretty nice has a great selection of toys products etc I recently did the self service wash and it was great they give towels as well my only complaint is the station needed a conditioner bottle instead of a two in one the other shampoos were great and smelled nice too my golden doodle was super clean and fluffy. 10/10 I will be coming back ☺️

Excellent service all around I like this store in my area these guys too
