Their aquarium section may be clean of algae you can see, but clearly something is going on here for all these dead fish to be present and not picked up after. there were SEVERAL, i began taking pictures in the beginning then just stopped. There were fish that were untouched, while there were pieces of others being consumed by other fish. the dead fish in the second picture was in an 'observation tank'. One dead betta fish, another with no water. At that point I walked out, I was not going to give them any business if this was the state they were keeping their fish in. Yeah the tanks may LOOK clean, but something else is not being taken care of here, especially when they tanks are not removed of any dead fish immediately.

Don’t sell live animals if you can’t take care of them through out the day . I’m not trying to be rude but that is a plain fact . First time I’ve walked in and the last time I’ve walked in . First glance thought it was going to okay looked new and must “ up to updated care” . As I am walking through I stop by the chameleon noticed the one on top might have burns on him while the other one on the bottom tank lay dead on the substrate. When I told an employee her response was she hadn’t been there in two days . Which is fine everyone deserves a life outside their job . BUT MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS THERE TO KEEP LIVE ANIMALS ACTUALLY ALIVE . Now substrate isn’t even recommended for chameleon because it gets stuck on their tongues when they catch bugs . How did this baby chameleon die ? By choking on substrate that didn’t need to be there . Absolutely preventable and hold the manager / owner / who ever . That baby chameleon didn’t deserve to die its glass cage with little air flow while who knows how many people walked by and did nothing . If you can’t provide them care don’t be responsible for them . If you ever decide to purchase a chameleon DONT ever go to one of the stores …. Chameleons require proper UVB heat and supplements in their diet . And don’t keep them in glass. PLEASE DO RESEARCH and Petco shame on you

I love my groomers there. i needed someone to handle my German shepherd with she was very scared her 1st time now. She is beautiful and happy. My bully Zara just loves them there, walks around like she owes the places. Always happy and beautiful 😍 🤩

My boyfriend and I went in last night to get some kitten food for our new kitten. Lay was so amazingly helpful. She helped us choose a cat food and gave us some tips and advice. GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE!!!

All pets looked very healthy and the staff was polite. Would recommend this store for all your pet needs. Ask for lat she know everything
