Placed an order online for a 30% off promo, received email confirmation and called day-of pickup to confirm items were there. Once at the store, only one of the two items were able to be filled. There was no email communication about the rejection of the other half of the order. Because the promo was over, the store was unable to honor the originally guaranteed price. Staff was polite but will not go out of my way to shop here moving forward.

Went in today to purchase a couple of hermit crabs. I didn’t want to participate in the selling of these poor things… but my hermit crab just lost his roomie of 18 years and to rescue one, was 5 hours away. Horrible conditions these pitiful creatures were living in. No water in the bowl, no humidity, hardly any shells to change into,dead and dying crabs everywhere. One practically died in my hand. I wanted to save all of them. I purchased 5. Please don’t purchase hermit crabs from pet stores. Try to rescue. If we all work together, possibly the stealing of these guys from their wild home will be a thing of the past..

Spent over $100 for discount wash card for my dog - drove 30 minutes today to come give my dog a bath and was told that they won’t have any towels for 4 days. When I asked if they would refund my card they told me it’s not possible. Skip this place

Eh, Is all I can say. No one greeted me. And I as I stood at the register for a total of 5 min. One employee was holding a snake, and 3 employees stood there at the front with her. While I was just standing there. No one even noticed until one turned around , finally checked me out. No apology for the wait. If I can help it , I won't be back. Train the employees that the customers should be noticed! We are the ones that keep your store opened!

Brought home this sweet girl today! ALL of the staff members were so kind and informed and made sure I went home with all of the necessary equipment. I wish everyone looking into adopting a pet could have the experience I had today. They were so supportive and personable too. Pricing was very fair and she's very happy and healthy. I will be making trips to this location from Waynesville whenever I need pet supplies!! 11/10
