This is definitely my go-to whenever my dog needs to get groomed! They’re very helpful and accommodating. I always receive a phone call in advance letting me know my dog will be done soon. I’ve yet to experience any disappointment at this facility. The shelves are always fully stocked and the place super clean. You’ll forget you’re in a pet store! Ample parking outside as well. The cashiers work pretty fast. If you have any questions, their staff is very knowledgeable. Nothing short of a 5 star review here! Keep up the great work guys! You always make it a wonderful experience!

I took my dog Charlie to get groomed by Janice, and I am so happy about it! Charlie can be anxious and nervous at groomers but Janice took her time understanding Charlie’s needs and as a dog mom I couldn’t be happier! She took her time, and cared a lot for my pup. She is very talented and very caring towards animals which is amazing to have as a groomer. Looking forward to the future grooming appointments knowing my pup will be very well taken care of!

We made an appointment online for 2 Toy Poodles ages 15 and 19 today December 8 2024. When we arrived, an older woman with heavy makeup asked "what are the dogs ages? Are they really 19?" Upon answering yes, she rudely replied " We can't take them because they're old" My sister informed the lady that it is not on the website. To which the rude employee stated that there was another place that they "Recommend". When we said "You should have a pop up or something on the website when doing appointments", this same employee kept repeating to go to the Vet Grooming further down the road and saying they cannot put that Notification on the website, because "it is discrimination against customers and their dogs". Yet, this was discrimination. You'd rather customers drive there, instead of being proactive and calling to confirm. And I say this part, because this employee lady snapped at me by saying " We thought it was a mistake"! She kept saying that it's a risk for the dog and that there is no vet within a 30 minute drive, but the vet down the road has a grooming on the back. She sounds like she has interest on the place they send you to. Your company, has lost a potential customer. This store is not open to suggestions about the website, has a lack of customer service, their employees will yell from their cars outside, "the doors Will NOT Open until 9." (Nor has signage showing that for Sunday's)

As many people have stated please do not take your dogs to this location for grooming. Not only are they always NOT staffed the manager is rude. Walk-ins are a joke. They don’t really do much but charge a lot. Try the Bridgewater promenade or other stores. I hope this helps.

Spent over $100 just to receive my dog with poop still attached to her. The young woman, who wasn't my original groomer, quickly took her back & fixed it, but it shows that the services I paid for (that are included with the basic bath & haircut) were not thoroughly completed. I wish you could see your dog before you pay & tip. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location for a grooming. Disappointed.
