I can't say enough good things about Dr. Brianna Chin, Laura, and the entire medical staff at this outstanding veterinary hospital. From the very first visit, we knew we had found a team that truly cares about both animals and their owners. Our three cats recently underwent spaying, and the level of care and professionalism they received was truly exceptional. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome and at ease. The clinic had such a warm, calming atmosphere, which immediately put our minds at rest. We could see that this was not just a place where animals were treated—it was a space where they were cared for with genuine love and attention. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the medical staff, made it clear that they were dedicated to providing the best possible care for our cats. Dr. Brianna Chin was a true standout. Her professionalism was beyond impressive. She took the time to explain every aspect of the spaying procedure in detail, ensuring that we fully understood what to expect, both before and after the surgery. She patiently answered all our questions, no matter how small, and addressed any concerns we had with such kindness and clarity. Her compassionate approach was evident from the moment she met our cats, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about their well-being. She made us feel confident that our cats were in the best hands, which is priceless when you're entrusting your beloved pets to someone. Laura, along with the rest of the team, was just as amazing. She was incredibly attentive to our cats, providing them with comfort and reassurance throughout the entire process. It's rare to find a veterinary staff that is so in tune with animals, but Laura’s warmth and care were immediately evident. She was always ready to assist, answer any questions, and make sure we were comfortable. The entire team was incredibly coordinated, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. Our three cats were in great hands from start to finish. We were given detailed aftercare instructions, and the staff checked in on our cats to ensure they were recovering well, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was evident that the staff at this hospital not only possesses remarkable expertise but also has a deep love for animals. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel like a breeze, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. We left the clinic feeling so relieved and confident that our cats had received the best possible care. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine compassion made all the difference. It was a Great experience from the beginning. Dr.b, the nurses and all the staff are SO sweet, caring, patient and very professional. You can tell everyone is there because they truly love pets and what they do. They did a follow up call the day after to see how Chanel was doing. Great attention and great environment. I live far from here but I still bringing my dog, without doubt. I highly recommend amor animal hospital for your fur babies!! 10/10!

Everything about this place is perfect! Laura, the secretary, is such a sweetheart—very kind and always willing to help us. Dr. Chin is a dedicated professional who made us feel very confident. Her assistant, Oliver, treated us wonderfully. Everyone had a smile and a great attitude. Everything is excellent! The place is beautiful and welcoming. The best experience! I recommend it 100%💜

We arrived at the clinic without an appointment because our dog was experiencing diarrhea and vomiting with blood. We were informed that the visit would cost $125 instead of the usual $80 since it was considered an emergency, and we agreed without hesitation, understanding the urgency of the situation. We were taken to a room and asked to wait. However, after an hour, the doctor still hadn’t come to see us. Instead, an assistant came in and handed us a bill for $800. We asked them to start with a simple test for worms before proceeding with other tests. The assistant left and never came back. After waiting even longer, it became clear that we wouldn’t get any proper help here. We ended up finding another clinic nearby with an available appointment within the hour and decided to go there instead. This experience was extremely disappointing. In a critical situation, when immediate help was needed, we faced negligence, long delays, and unclear pricing. I cannot recommend this clinic.

Amor is simply the best animal hospital ever! Dr. Vitulli and Dr. Bustamante are the most attentive and caring vets I have ever been to. Not only do all five of my fur babies feel at home, but so does my entire family. Also all staff members are great and very friendly, especially Laura, Mary angel, and Pablo!
