As a repeat customer at Pet Supermarket, I know my family and I will always be taken care of with detailed facts and thoughtful conversations not only about the products at the store, but our animals themselves. This is especially due to Caren. Typically, I don't single out any one employee from a store, but Caren not only serves the shop, but the community as well with her years of experience and clear love for what she does and where she is. Not only is she a good communicator off the bat at the register, but she compiles and provides information out of the goodness of her heart for new pet owners, fosters, seasoned keepers, and those looking to adopt - and especially those who need help with difficult situations like finding newborn kittens or dealing with in-need strays. I myself met Caren by pure coincidence after finding three newborn kittens in my backyard and needed help as a first-time cat foster. Now, I have a plan of action, and soon they will be ready to have a very well-loved long life with their future adoptive families. I've even become the neighborhood colony manager. I wish I got the name of the woman who helped me. We spoke for a good 20mins about cats and she gave me some great tips on how to help my girl who was showing signs of an UTI. Even though I arrived right before closing, I wasn't rushed and found the specific product I came in for. The location is out of the way for me but would chose them over other stores because of the great staff & products they carry.

Came in to get check out the cool pets with my kid and Miss Caren was so incredible, she told me exactly how to help my older dog with decent treats and tips Thanks so much for helping my old friend

This place is amazing. First off great customer service. The gentleman helping us was great. Very clean store, healthy animals, and good prices. Wish we had one in east texas.
