Great rainy day activity for toddlers. We often come in for dog food and treats. William, the store manager, and other staff always show us animals they have and let my son pet them. They’re extremely knowledgeable about the animals in the store. Every staff member is nice and attentive.

I just came from this Pet Supermarket location and felt like I had a personal concierge experience. Usually, Pet Supermarket employees at different locations are friendly and ask if I need any help finding anything. This time, the Assistant Store Manager, Gary, went above and beyond. He walked me over to the items I need, asked what kind of dog I have, gave me explanations on what I’m buying, and then guided me to the cash registers. As I was checking out, he gave me a bonus treat for my dog. Then somehow we ended up talking about Salmon Oil for my dog. He told me the benefits of it and asked if they have it in store? He walked me over to that item. Initially, I was going to decline because it was a more costlier item but when he broke down the science to it (and not in a salesy way which usually causes me to tune out) I saw the value in it. He even educated me on how CBD would be helpful for my dog though I’ve always been leery of that. He showed me some products in the store that’ll help my 14-year old dog with some of her ailments. I was outstanded by his knowledge and asked how does he know all of this? He said he was taught by his manager who is an advocate for dog’s holistic health. As I checked out the items at the register, he didn’t ask for a review, tips, or anything to show reason for why he volunteered his help the way he did. So I decided to take a moment and write this detailed review. My dog means a whole lot and to get this type of treatment keeps me as a loyal customer to Pet Supermarket. I trust Pet Supermarket more than any other pet store by far. Thank you Gary!!! I hope the company leverages your skillset, knowledge, and passion. Every pet owner deserves this!

Had a great experience, Mark showed me guinea pigs & lizards that i was interested in seeing up close. Will definitly recommend this location to all my friends and family!
