I used to come here all the time to bathe my two dogs at the wash station for $10 each, which included the use of the tub, shampoo, conditioner, towel and the blow dryer. It was so accommodating and felt like they actually put the customer first. It was reasonable to bring both dogs, so I only ever bathed them there. Now the prices for dog washes are tiered and the basic for $14.99 doesn’t even include access to the blow dryer. The blow dry option is 19.99! I’m not paying $30-$40, when it used to cost me $20 for both dogs. I just wash them at home for free now. I was a loyal customer for years, but I won’t be coming back unless the dog wash prices go back down. It reeks of corporate greed. I also stopped buying their brand food, Performatrin Ultra, after this because I won’t be supporting a company that takes advantage of their customers.

I recently visited Pet Supermarket, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with an older associate named Marty. I was using the middle bowl area to wash my dog and was preparing to move over to the dryer after the previous customer left. However, Marty told me I couldn’t move to the dryer because there was a bigger dog in the area, despite the fact that I was there first and the dog was actually medium-sized—not large. It felt really unfair, especially since there was plenty of space to accommodate both dogs, and I was told to move when I shouldn’t have had to. To make matters worse, moving the dryer was difficult, as it was positioned too high for me to adjust easily. I understand that situations arise, but the way this was handled made me feel like my concerns weren’t valued as a paying customer. It’s disappointing to see a lack of consideration and fairness. I’m seriously reconsidering returning to this location after this encounter. I hope the management will address how customers are treated, as we all deserve equal respect and service.

service was amazing. all the employees are on top of the game and are doing fantastic. just super sad to see full grown cats in tiny enclosers, practically shelves. this location is huge and the overall company should care. bunnies in the same sized cages as tiny hamsters. no room for them to run zoom or anything. it’s very sad.

My fiancé and I walked into the Pet Superstore and was greeted by EDDIE(manager) who saw us looking lost as can be 😂. We explained that my birthday is here and I was looking for a reptile companion. He quickly grabbed, in my opinion, the best help in the store, ISAAC whom was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. They walked us through the whole process of what’s needed for my new ball python and even some helpful tips on how to keep his stress level down. I am more than excited for the new addition to the family! Rocky is literally everything I imagined as a snake owner. I am honored to have the opportunity to re-home this amazing creature and excited to be able to watch him grow. My experience here was nothing short of amazing! It’s very obvious that these 2 love what they do from working with various animals, to giving outstanding customer service. They’ve definitely won my business over for life!

They have a very good but not superior selection of cat accessories. What earns them a five star rating is their staff, especially a guy named Kent. He was extremely helpful and because of his superb customer service (as well as the lady who was checking out people and whose name I regretfully can't remember at the moment) will shop here again for my pet accessories.
