Really enjoy this store out of all the reptile places I’ve been. I am new to the reptile world but got a lot of beginner knowledge and they answered every question. I started with purchasing a corn snake to now owning several dart frogs. They helped with building my tanks for each. I actually visit this store every other week now and always tempted to get something new or upgraded something in my current tanks. Shout out to Chris and Isiah.

Customer service is amazing! Highly recommend this reptile store. Right off the bat they helped me right away on what I was looking for and I bought 3 of their poison dart frogs. They gave me so much information about them and let me take my time to find out which species I wanted. Of course I had to take some photos of my dart frogs with my professional camera just to show how beautiful they are!

I love this reptile store. I enjoy the visit just to see the enclosures. Whoever is doing the enclosures does such a beautiful job, I keep forgetting to ask. I visit weekly and the enclosures are always clean, sparkling even and the reptiles obviously well cared for. I get horn worms and roached, usually something in stock that can be fed to my chameleons. Anthony wanted to make sure his name was mentioned. It is my pleasure to oblige, as all the employees at the store have fantastic customer service skills. Its a awesome reptile store.

Absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service at LLLREPTILE and Supply Company, thanks to Isaiah and Esther! When my son first asked for a pet scorpion, I was nervous and unsure about the care required. Isaiah was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently explaining everything I needed to know about scorpion care and maintenance. On my son’s birthday, a month later, I returned to make the purchase, and Isaiah created the most insane and cool scorpion enclosure for us. He provided plants, explained how to maintain the right humidity and temperature, and even helped carry the enclosure to my vehicle. His friendliness and compassion made the experience exceptional. Esther has also been a tremendous help. She offered guidance on caring for our scorpion, always kind and friendly with a wealth of knowledge about animals. When I mentioned that I rarely saw our scorpion, she explained that scorpions are nocturnal and suggested checking at night. Sure enough, like clockwork, our scorpion emerges to explore his enclosure every night. One day, I noticed mold growing on one of the limbs in the cage. Esther made me feel comfortable and encouraged me to bring it in so she could take a look. This week, I returned with the enclosure, and both Esther and Isaiah added some little critters to take care of the mold. I feel incredibly supported and appreciate the positive energy and expert guidance they provide. I definitely recommend this location for anyone interested in reptiles and exotic pets. Isaiah and Esther go above and beyond to ensure you have all the knowledge and support needed for a successful pet-keeping experience.

Best reptile store ever. I’ve been meaning to write this review for six weeks, to say how amazing Isaiah is, from helping pick out my new babies (blue cobalt tincs) and setting up their habitat, to teaching me about their care and feeding. I was so thrilled that he encouraged live plants. He even gave me one with my initial setup because it came in looking sad. He assured me with some TLC it would thrive, and it has! Now I need to add that ALL the employees are fantastic. Not that this should come as a surprise, but they all deserve the recognition. I just got off the phone with Chris who spent several minutes assuring me that some concerns I had about my babies’ habitat were actually normal and nothing to fret about. It’s clear that the staff really care about their customers and the pets, and that’s what will keep me coming back. If you’re looking for knowledgeable and friendly customer service, look no further! I learn so much each visit, even when I’m just stopping in to buy fruit flies, and I look forward to every trip. Great job guys!
