Petco

After years of patronizing Petco, thanks to my experience at this location, I won’t be going to another Petco. Our dog, who is approximately 5 years old, has a genetic disorder that affects his heart. (It’s relatively common in small dogs, particularly Chihuahuas.) As a result, he’s on lifetime medication for it. Despite this condition he’s a happy and otherwise healthy dog. Today I drove 45 minutes to come here for a basic routine grooming appointment. When I got there the groomer refused to perform services due to his “condition.” They wouldn’t even trim his nails! According to them, their manager doesn’t allow grooming services on dogs with heart conditions because the vet on staff doesn’t do emergency services. That’s a first! Anywhere else we’ve been, the Petco groomers have had no issues and always have been willing to groom him. They just made me sign a paper giving them permission to obtain treatment and a waiver saying I wouldn’t hold them liable if something happened. Btw, we brought him here last year when we were in town and had no problems getting him groomed then. Now it’s an issue??? Why something wasn’t said on the phone when I called to make the appointment, I don’t know. It sure would have saved me time (90 minutes round trip) and gas money if they had. I’m happy Petco makes enough money that they don’t need my business anymore.

The customer service was great! They didn't have the isopods I was looking for on their shelf, but just as I was about to check out, a nice employee came running to find me in the front because miraculously, she found 1 in the back. Just what I needed. Thank you! They also gave me a few recommendations on where I can more easily find what I was looking for.

Happy mouse happy wife 💖 my son thinks they are bunnies they r feeder rats but we don't use them for that they don't live that long but they are so cute and you know when a three year old wants something they want something I forgot why we came in last week but he saw them and would not let it go lol So we decided to surprise him while he was at grammy's house He's going to be so happy One came out to 9 dollars not bad He was the nicest, so we picked him

Words can not express how talented Cypher is!! I was so shocked and happy to see my mop dog finally let go off all that mop!😭 She’s amazing and the best part is she cares so much, you feel actually relieved knowing that your dog is in the safest and right hands for the job!
