Absolutely horrid establishment. They get their dogs from puppy mills, they do not health test. They responded to another comment who called them out by saying that they do not have their puppies on wire bottom cages because the wire is "coated". That's still a wire bottom cage, and it's not only uncomfortable, but inhumane, and will cause pododermatitis. This establishment is truly evil, do not support. People love to say that all dogs need homes, but by supporting a disgusting store like this, you are contributing to this country's massive puppy mill and backyard breeder problem. DO NOT SUPPORT! Also, their designer mutts cannot possibly be AKC registered because the AKC does not register mixed breeds. Their claims of AKC doodles are proof of their lies. AKC registration does not mean a dog is well bred anyway. Adopt or shop ethically.

Absolutely love our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel now 4 months old. She is smart as whip, intelligent and loving. The girls at the store seemed so caring and Phil, one on the owners made good on a promise for follow up care. If you close down the pet stores, you will only have scammers, who play on your heart strings and take your money. For us this was a win all around. Thank you we are in love with our little fur daughter.

Bought a Zuchon puppy today. Really good documentation and care was taken of her. Very good, professional experience. Puppy loves her new home and is getting spoiled quickly.

I didn’t think I needed to leave a review with how bad this place is but talking about lemon laws like dogs are a new car is too much. My elderly mother lost her 2 small dogs and fell in love with a coton de tulear at puppies plus. We were constantly delayed from taking her home because of health reasons (this store is not very clean, I’m not surprised many of the puppies are sick). 6 months after my mom took her home both retinas detached and she went blind. 6k in surgeries later neither retina was able to be reattached. We notified puppies plus of everything, they offered no veterinary assistance or compensation for the surgery. This store will offer no help with anything after the sale. They also like to lie about the puppies they sell. Yes they are from puppy mills, no breeder would sell 2nd generation mixes (doodles and designer breeds). The owner will often lie in reviews about the puppies they sell. I have screenshots saying you don’t sell them but that doesn’t line up with the pictures I’ve taken of your store. Getting a puppy here is a real gamble, you might get a healthy one but the odds aren’t good.

Puppies Plus is phenomenal! Friendly and curious staff. The pets and their living quarters are clean and secure. Our new puppy selected us and we are thrilled! Enjoy!
