Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. Alex at the Southlake Hollywood Feed (near Central Market) was amazing. She went above and beyond from the moment we walked in. Not only did she give us a full tour of the store, but she also helped us find new food options for our cat and even gifted us a puppy book for our new pup. You could tell she genuinely cared and wasn’t just doing her job and she made the whole experience feel personal and fun. Because of Alex, we’re now lifetime customers. I seriously can’t remember a time I’ve been treated better in any store. Give that girl a raise!

came in with my kitten. he was really shaken up from a bad experience at another pet store. i didn’t catch her name but an employee brought over a mat to put on the cart for my kitten to sit in! he didn’t want to sit in the end so i carried him, and she (employee) walked me over to what i needed and carried it to the register for me! it was really sweet. she offered to walk it to my car too because my hands were full. this is my second time at the store and everyone is so kind and gentle and understanding

Thr emoyees took their time to learn about our breed and discuss breed-specific issues. They were quick about a return item and pointed iut coupons and discounts I was not aware of. Great people and great service.

Love this place. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful - like having a dog counselor at the ready! I use their auto ship and they are always on time, and love that they send little treats for my pups to try! Have purchased the same treats as a result of the samples. This is truly like a neighborhood pet store with high quality products. Loyal customer for life!
