I am only give a star because I have to, to give a review. I order 2 extreme large kongs for my 2 dog and only received 1. The company proceeded to tell I got my package and after several email finally said they would send me the missing kong. That was 10 days ago and still nothing I payed $17 dollars for a toy I never received.theybhave very poor customer service and I just want people to know how hard it is to get you items if they don't ship the correct amount, or even a refund 😞 I am so disappointed right now.

Ordered a bird cage. I have been waiting since 12/19 for it to arrive. It sat for all that time without being given to the carrier. When I receive my package it is a box of rat treats. I ordered a birdcage not rat treats! Buyer beware.

This company is horrible. I ordered a test kit from them and the kit I received was expired. I immediately messaged them because their phone number listed does not work and when they finally messaged me back a week later they said they would send me a replacement test kit. That was almost three weeks ago and now they are ignoring my messages and will not message me back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPAY!!!!!!

Takes a week or more to respond to emails, doesn't seem to have products they list, has a phone number that doesn't ever answer - it says its busy, I've tried to call it every day for the last business week. Total fake and fraud as far as I am concerned. Preying on animal lovers.
