I sent an email letting them know a few things. I didn't appreciate being asked to tip the employees at checkout after paying $94 for a dog flap with $11 shipping. That email was met with an offer to cancel my order and some links to competitors who sell the same item at a higher price. I then wrote another email stating that I didn't appreciate them asking for a tip on an online oder is all I was trying to convey to them. I also said I would much rather let them know then put out a passive aggressive post to the world. I still needed the dog door flap and I let them know. I reread my emails and none of them were off clor or out of pocket. I then received a cancelation email form them stating that because I felt the price of the item/shipping was high and something about bad customer service.....wich I never said. my order is canceled. Really? I just didn't appreciate being asked to tip their employees after paying $105 for a vinyl flap for a dog door. Wow.

Good grooming service for small dogs only. Very happy with the look they gave my toy poodle. Took about 2 hours and the price was reasonable.

I kindda know why they have such bad review, I called today and wanted to make an appointment for my dog to do the grooming, everything was fine when I talked to them. Then she asked me how old is my dog, I said 11 years old. She keep silence for a minute and said that she was going to ask the stylist. When she came back just make a lot excuses to not give me an appoinment. It's fine if they only do grooming for young dogs. So for senior dogs they don't deserve grooming? They don't deserve to look cute and pretty? ! I take my dog to grooming every month. I don't see any problem with her age. This store is really bad!!
