Me and my wife came across this gem of a store when looking for pet stores near us and we are so happy we found them! Amazing customer service! They made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Also, all of the animals look very well taken care of and they had great temperaments which tells me they handle them and take care of them very nicely.

New pet shop in Ponchatoula where I can bring the kids to learn about the animals. The big box store in town is too busy to sit and spend time with random kids, so this is a pleasant change. Chad takes the time to talk to the kids about the animals. Tommy, being the “bio-nerd” that he is, is able to tell me all the scientific stuff related to the animals so I can learn while the kids play with the reptiles. We started out with a small tank so the kids could learn how everything works. If that works out, we will certainly be going back when it’s time to upgrade to a bigger tank. Excited to see this little shop grow and thrive in our small town.

Love this place!!!!! At least once every 2wks we go for super worms which are always giants and very healthy. And supplies for the reptiles on hand, great. They take great pride in the care of these animals. Again love them!!! Whether you need fish, reptile or mammal anything these guys are very knowledgeable and provide great care.

Great place! They are always very friendly and knowledgeable about their animals and they get from local breeders! I bought my snake from them as well, and he always has a rat to feed her! Keep up the good work guys!
