My doodle was in desperate need of a groom. He’s never had a professional groom before and recently his hair was shaved and it was uneven. I brought him to Trish and she was amazing! She was sweet and patient with Asher. She did exactly what Asher needed without shaving him to the skin! This my was super anxious but was eased when I picked him up and it was everything we could have asked for! Asher loved the staff! Thank you so much for making my baby all cute!

Trisha at Petco is our Shih Tzu Oscar's groomer. When bringing Oscar to other groomers he immediately becomes out of control with anxiety both going and coming home. Trisha's Grooming of Oscar is more like taking him to a SPA day! When we pick Oscar up he is completely calm no anxiety at all. Thank you Trisha♥️

I just visit this store for the first time, here in Covington. This store is kind of dirty all around, the stands are all oxidized and it doesn't look good to look at it. It's not inviting at all plus it's expensive than other places.

Took my dog here for a grooming after our regular groomer was booked umtil June. They did an awesome job. He looks like a totally different dog

We had a miniature schnauzer named Lu-c-lu, like most people we thought of her as family, and did our best to treat her accordingly. Her health was very important to us. We made the mistake of letting Petco know this and placing our trust in them. We purchased a wellness plan from Petco to take care of her. I would warn against this. Lu-c-lu to them seemed to be nothing more than a finicial tie to us. I realize business must make money, and we didn't hold any bad feelings about that, but we where forced to make payments 6 months after she died. We never thought about missing a payment or canceling after getting a discount price, so why did we have to pay after she died for a service we couldn't use. She died at the age of 16 and I waited a year before rating them so I wouldn't sound angry. I should have waited longer.
