Gale Monroe cut my Mini Ausseldoodle's hair today. He did an EXCELLENT job. I just wanted some of her winter coat cut back just a little. Dani Lynn has an anxious personality. However, she did great for Gale!!!! He was a dog trainer for several years before becoming a groomer. I loved how patient and professional he was with her. I already scheduled an appointment for her next month....

I love the groomer! Melissa always does a fantastic job and is really passionate about her job!! She will share photos of your furbabies with you too for pickup 😊

My Old English Sheepdog was in much need of his summer cut. He looked wonderful when I picked him up. Communication about pickup was clear and updated as needed. I am so thankful for the excellent care and professionalism we received! Thank you!! Lori Riner & Toby

Love the store but will never use their grooming department again. I’m absolutely in shock with the poor quality of their work. I never post negative comments/reviews but this is too much. All four dogs are patchy, they shaved my Yorkie’s face, when we asked for a trim around his eyes, they didn’t cut or trim his body, our labs nail fell off in my son’s hand, yes, fell off! If all that wasn’t enough, the other two were shaved down so much you can see skin and what hair any of them do have left is incredibly uneven! None of the dogs smell like they were bathed, and they were all stressed out. I understand that sometimes there can be miscommunication between the groomer and the dog owner and had the “cuts” been at least even and nails weren’t falling off I wouldn’t be posting this. When we called to inform the manager all we were told was we could get 20% off the $180 we spent on grooming. Shame on you, a much better response would have been that you will ensure your groomers have access to better training so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Reasonable prices.. got that good catnip and treats my cats like and good dog food at Reasonable price
