Always an amazing experience. Helped us pick out our first ball python.

We come here at least twice a week and look forward to it every time, the people are amazing even when I call with questions about our fish or other animals. After reading some of these reviews I am blown away by how entitled some people are; the snake looked at me inappropriately or the Guiana pig didn’t want to be cuddled. Like seriously how do you want a snake to look at you and it’s not The owners fault!? I love this place and the bird!!

I’ve been trying at PetSmart to get halfway decent guppies and only ever got one good guppy that survived but came to Pet paradise and got some new ones and they all survived but one and I’m so happy with the ones I got they are so joyful and so energetic

Great place! The owner is so knowledgeable about all his animals, the enclosures aren't crowded with animals, they have hand fed babies by the register that are beyond sweet and adorable. This is the best pet store I've seen!

Do not buy from this store. I bought a Baby Corn snake with a severe neck injury. Yes, I should have gave it a good look over when I purchased. Silly me but looking back at the situation; I kinda felt uncomfortable to do so. Staff wasn't super friendly. I was told all the animals are vet checked and that's why they didn't have a return or refund policy. So untrue. I spent a $140 and $200 at the vet for a snake I had 6 days. Veterinarian told me it was starving to death due to the neck injury and would not recover.She was right. It's neck had been crushed to the point that it could not eat. I'm assuming it was probably from a container lid in the box it was kept. Someone or something caused it. I was also told the snake was fed every week. Again untrue. It was impossible for it to eat. The owner or other employees had to have noticed this injury as severe as it was. I'm stupid for not noticing it and my stupidness was definitely taken advantage of. I've definitely learned my lesson.
