I must say this shop is so great.The owners make you feel warm and inviting. I got two axolotos a few weeks now. Before bought my axolotl I was talking to the shop owners for about a month and a 1/2 almost 2 months and they gave me all the information.I could possibly know about axolotos to help me alone , and i'm so happy with my axolotl.

We recently purchased our second chameleon from ENJ Pet Store at the Middletown Galleria, and once again, we had an amazing experience! Our first chameleon, a Veiled, came from ENJ, and he has been thriving. This time, we added a beautiful Panther Chameleon to our family, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cares about the animals. They took the time to answer all our questions and provided excellent guidance to ensure our new chameleon transitions smoothly into his new home. The animals at ENJ are always healthy and well cared for, and their selection of reptiles is top-notch. If you’re looking for a high-quality exotic pet from a store that truly knows and loves what they do, we highly recommend ENJ Pet Store!

I had a strange experience at E&J Pet Shop. I was expecting puppies and kittens but quickly realized they were selling reptiles. Pretty cool! I pulled my little point-n-shoot camera out of my pocket and took a picture of one of the reptiles. (no flash) I was approaching another tank when I heard the guy up front say, “no pictures”. I was like, “huh? What? How come? It's free publicity” but he still said, “no pictures”. I quickly looked up their Google Reviews to see if there were any photos. Yes, there are a bunch of photos from the store and from people who were in the store. I held up my phone and showed him the photos and he said that the photos on Google Reviews were photos that HE TOOK. I asked him if he was the manager and he said, no — he was the owner. Clearly, there are pics in the Google Reviews FROM CUSTOMERS who TOOK PHOTOS IN THE STORE [ Please look and you'll see photos submitted by customers .... who are clearly in the store ] I wasn't going to argue with him but it’s a shame because I would have taken great pics and I would have posted them with my review of what I thought was a really cool store. I don't really see the downside to me taking pics, especially when other people had done it. Ironically, I had just come from Rock Fantasy in Middletown where I took over 30 pics as the owner showed me around the place! All great publicity for them. I'm really not sure why the owner of E&J Pet Shop was so obstinate.

The owner is very very helpful! I was able to go back and ask for assistance with pet care and he answered all my questions and was super kind! I highly recommend because I can tell he cares about the animals and the customers! Great service!!! 😌

Both my tortoises are from here!! They’re great with their animals and amazing customer service.
