Karen and Jasmine were FANTASTIC when my daughter and I surrendered my daughter's guinea pigs tonight! They were understanding and compassionate toward my daughter's allergy and toward our two guinea pigs. They also diligently worked to ensure our donation to the animal shelters was put to good use! Your store and your team showed more compassion for animals when so many of our calls to other organizations went unanswered! Thank you so much!

The people were great! No complaint on the service. It was stupid expensive, 18 lbs of dog food is 20 bucks less at food lion. What possible reason is there to specialize in selling pet products then overcharging for them? I get way better prices on chewy.com. it's also audacious to offer a subscription for just regular store prices. So I got a pay money to save money? No lol. That's insane in this economy. I bet you the people working there have to "sell it or else" too. I hope not. They deserve better.

On August 23 2024 I went in bought two Guinea pigs both male I was told one was there very long but when ask for a discount since it was over 6 month I was denied second one I was told was younger. After having them for a month I now have two babies and a vet bill to have one fix all because someone didn’t do their job correctly. I will never recommend ever again after spend $500 all I get is vet bills and required to spend more for extra cage to separate correctly now. I will be contacting higher ups

They don't have many pets often and the fish look sad, but the staff is friendly and helpful and it's clean inside.

It's got everything you need for your pet in one place. My son and I bought our first female dwarf hamster there the other day. The employees were very good at helping us pick out which one we wanted. Then, he helped us pick out the right food for her. He even helped us find a clearance hideout for her. I would recommend this store.
