We've been going to Dolly's for years. We happily spend hundreds of dollars a month in supplies for our dog there. Generally, it’s amazing, and the staff is delightful. The awesome owner and a lady with short blond hair help us most often. They are pleasant and very helpful. Today I sent my nephew there (a polite and shy 17 year old). I told him not to worry when he got there, they could pull our account up and help him find the correct products. When he arrived, he didn’t see anyone working, so he called me, and I was directing him to the correct bags of food, and then to the freezer where we get the food topper. I then heard a lady yelling at him in the background. My nephew let her know he was talking with his aunt on the phone, and she was trying to help him find the food we always purchase. The lady then rudely said “give me your phone and let me talk to her.” Odd, but he did, and I nicely said we were part of the rewards program, and I thought we were close to a free bag of food. She asked for the name on our account, I happily gave it to her, and started describing the topper we were looking for. She was very unhappy from the get-go, and said yes, I know we also have the frozen burgers. I said, no, it’s not the frozen burgers, it the clear square bags. She than very angrily says “I know what you want, and I’m done talking with you!” slamming my nephew’s cell phone on the counter. She never even told me how many bags were purchased or anything, it was so awful I couldn’t believe it! My nephew told me she was cursing and flipping off his phone in a gesture at me. She asked him if I was always rude, to which he responded no, never. Again, he is just 17 years old! She also told him she thought it was crazy that I had him driving around doing our shopping. What is that any of her business? They are closed on Sundays and Mondays, and we were just trying to get some food. We just purchased our nephew a new car, so he was very happy to drive around a bit. I called the store for the managers contact email information, and the women informed me I could talk with her, as she was the owner’s mother. I have never been treated so badly, and just really can’t understand what was going on with this woman. Sadly, we loved going to Dolly’s and supporting local, but we will never go back there again. She was an abusive bully for absolutely no reason. Totally appalling, beware of this woman.

Aug 11, 2024 · Barbara Gerhardtmy puppy loves this store! Staff and owner very knowledgeable about pet food and dog health. They are always there to answer questions. Great products for pets to stay healthy.
Oct 22, 2024 · Sarah RobersonThe owner is passionate about quality of food she carries and cares about keeping pets at their top health. The toy selection is great and everything is very good quality, well made and well researched. We won't go anywhere else.
Sep 14, 2021 · Dana YokumGood selection of Zippy Paws toys, we always stop to pick up a hedgehog 🦔 on our way up the mountain. Plenty of treats as well. They are one of the few places around that have Whimzees available in bulk. I do wish they had little paper bags out to fill as we always end up selecting a few handfuls to take with us.
Oct 18, 2021 · Jessica CumminsVery well stocked small town pet shop. Would much rather go here than Gresham for dog supplies. Friendly staff and good pricing on upper level food brands. Easy to miss when going through Sandy, but don't.
