bully beds

A little confusing that it has an address and working hours listed but it's an online only store, wish that had been more clear before I showed up. However, bought a backseat cover and a crate mat. Clearly a very high quality product, well built and the puppy loved it. I definitively plan to get one of the beds once my puppy gets through her chew everything phase.

*THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE*~ I have ever experienced. When ordering a new waterproof cover after 4 years of extensive usage, I also wanted another comfortable cover. Ordered both on their website. Within a few minutes, I received an email notifying me that I ordered a different size for the second cover and have not purchased that size of bed in the past. They contacted me to make sure all was ordered correctly. In my case, I made a mistake in sizing and *Joe* edited the size and adjusted the payment accordingly. That made my day and I can definitely refer their team! On top of all that, the original bully bed is the longest lasting dog bed! Thank you so much!

Ordered Giant crate pad 11/10/22 waited 6 days and no package received. E-mailed and was told it got lost and they would send another. Now it's 11/22/22 and still no order received and the tracking just shows label created/on the way. I wonder if I will ever receive my order at this rate! They shipped UPS and I have never had issues with UPS so not sure who is to blame for this ridiculous delay! UPDATE: had to download a tracking app to see where my order is but at least it appears to be on the way this time. Second Update: I did finally receive my order! It's nice however it would have been better with tie downs. Third update: 2/9/23 Since it has no tie downs and my puppy is very inquisitive all it took was for her to flip it upside down open the velcro and destroy the foam inside. Might be a nice bed if your dog or puppy is more chill but in my case this bed was money wasted. *K9 Ballistics has proven to be superior it has tie downs.*

Purchased bed Oct 10 2022. After 3 weeks called regarding lengthy time of not shipping, received a call back stating it was an error on shipping and will ship right away. Order was shipped and overnighted to compensate. Order was delivered to wrong address and and cannot get any type of customer service at this point. Poor customer service!!

Buyer beware: I ordered a crate pad and a bed. The commpany advertises free returns and a 200 day chew proof guarantee. The products each arrived in very small boxes. They were squished and wrapped tightly in plastic. The only way to see the products was to remove the plastic. Both chew proof products had labels dangling, which may have to be there. These are chew bait for dogs. I tried the crate mat first and had to cut off the tag. On the first try my dog scratched the surface. I did not like the heavy vinyl material of the bed. It was not soft at all. Therefore I contacted the company deciding to return both products within a few days. I received specific directions for returning them. They had to be returned on the same boxes. Therefore I was told to roll them, wrap them in plastic, vacuum out all air so they would fit, and then I would be given shipping labels. We attempted to follow the directions and had no choice but to use a more aappropriate sized box. I chose to keep the crate mat since I noticed some scratches and worried it would not be accepted. The company took 20% off the purchase price for using a different sized box. I received the refund after 6 business days after they received the product. I continued to research and found that a well known company I had used in the past offers a chew resistant soft material bed with a lifetime guarantee. I never had a problem with that company with my last dog so I ordered from them. I would NOT recommend buying from Bully Beds.
