I have to praise the staff here. Today I had to make one of the biggest and hardest decisions in my life and put my 12 yr old dog to sleep. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and so was the staff. The empathy and thoroughness they gave me was unbelievable. They made a very hard decision a little more bearable. I was distraught and they gave me time, they gave me empathy, they gave me options. I could not have asked for a better team. I would definitely go to them in the future if I ever get another dog. I am definitely satisfied with their service and recommend them to everyone. My Samson is now in pet heaven having the time of his life and no longer in pain. He was an amazing dog and loved me oh so very much as much as I loved him. My heart is broken but they helped me get through my toughest moments. Thank you!

I am deeply grateful to My Pet Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion in treating my beloved 7-year-old Whippet, Blaze. Blaze needed surgery under general anesthesia, a procedure that was extremely sensitive due to his advanced heart condition. I was naturally very anxious, but the team at My Pet Hospital provided top-notch medical service and genuine compassion that put my worries at ease. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Jason Ruiz, Dr. Puron, Eli and all the staff for their outstanding service. They have helped my dogs with several medical procedures, always delivering high-quality care. Despite living in Vero Beach and facing a two-hour and thirty-minute drive, I trust no one else with Blaze's care. The pre-operation tests were completed quickly, and the staff kept me informed throughout the entire surgery. Their constant updates and follow-up calls to check on Blaze's recovery were incredibly reassuring. I'm thrilled to report that Blaze is now recovering quickly, relaxing at home, and happy. I could have lost my best friend, but thanks to the expertise and dedication of the team at My Pet Hospital, Blaze is doing very well. The facility itself is extremely clean, with a happy atmosphere and an in-house pharmacy that makes everything convenient. I can't recommend My Pet Hospital enough. Months ago my dog had to go through emergency surgery. This place and staff did a good job saving my dog's life. From pre hospitalization, to post surgery stabilization. I don't want my dog to go through that again, but after the recovery phase I am just relieved and thankful of the fact that they were able to help my puppy. She has had no complications after surgery and after months have passed as well. Staff was very kind, to the pupp and attentive to all my concerns

Changed to this vet and have never looked back since! Everyone has been so kind & loving towards my dog, especially Monica—who has been the best! Highly recommend :)

I brought Bella to the Bird Road location for her annual vaccines, and I was thoroughly impressed. Dr. Puron made Bella feel comfortable right away, which is no small feat considering how anxious she gets around strangers. He explained each vaccine and its purpose, ensuring I felt confident in the care she was receiving. Jason at the front desk was also incredibly helpful in scheduling the appointment and following up afterward. Bella is usually nervous at the vet, but thanks to the team's gentle approach, she was surprisingly calm.
