Great place to buy supplies but don’t bother getting a dog from hear . Me and everyone I know has received a sick puppy from this company. The breeds are not even purebred or health checked . Not only did my puppy have pneumonia but he is also bolegged which any ethical breeder would not breed parents with these issues nor sell a puppy for $3000 ! . The reply’s from this company are hilarious always claiming they care and that they are ethical such a fraud just scam uneducated people because they know ethical breeders actually screen pet owners . The employees even try and educate clients on how to groom but give incorrect information . I would know because they did the same to me and only reason I knew they were wrong is because I am a groomer . Don’t pay thousands for a mix breed . If you get a dog here actually buy a purebred dog.

BEWARE! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! The dogs and cats are purchased wholesale by nefarious breeders across the country. They are picked up by a truck driver, driven for days back to CT, and then sold to you. The animals that arrive sick often stay with employees and are seen by All Pets exclusive veterinarian, NOT by any others. Many of the animals die due to poor breeding/genetics, terrible husbandry, and lack of proper care. I have never purchased a pet from them, nor do I have any personal vendetta against them. I just have insider knowledge that I think those who truly love and care for animals would want to know.

Love all pets in wallingford. Their staff there is friendly and very helpful however. This location is sub par in comparison. I'm convinced they send the employees that need performance intervention there. My husband wanted some tropical fish. We were worried the girl who worked there was going to kill them. My husband ended up having to catch them himself! At checkout, we waited in line quite some time and listened to another employee answer the phone and give customers an attitude.

Honestly the best store in CT for pets. I went there to find my new love Calli! She has been an excellent addition to our family. They took excellent care of my animal and all the animals. They have a ton of toys to choose from and anything you need. They have a discount system you can purchase and i have saved money on my purchases this way. My only regret about All Pets is that they are not in my area. I would love to work there and We would surely frequent more often.

Although I absolutely adore my new puppy, after just one day of being home, I noticed she was excessively urinating, had intense thirst, and was passing bloody stools. It’s likely she’s dealing with a parasitic infection and a urinary tract infection. I just wish these places cared for their pets better :(
